Dobrý den všem,
I'm using národní nástroj je Multisim 10 navrhnout a simulovat plně differntial teleskopické op amp.Obrázek design, design detaily a simulace soubory jsou spojeny.
Problém je, že nemohu dostat telesdcopic NMOS tranzistory pracovat v nasycení, je celý ovlivnění napětí rozdělí na tranzistory PMOS.

Proudy v P, NMOS aktuální zrcátka jsou oba 0.17 mA.
Proudy v každém oboru jsou diferenciální 1.5 mA obojí.)
